Kairoi is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair amenities in our multifamily properties. You will respond to resident requests, prepare vacant units, and support a range of maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

You’ll collaborate with the team to ensure quick, high-quality service, uphold safety standards, and help keep common areas pristine for residents and guests.

Formación

• Minimum 2–3 years in apartment maintenance and basic trades.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• EPA and HVAC certifications or willingness to obtain.
• OSHA safety knowledge and compliance.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record in last 12 months.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flex schedule and on-call availability for emergencies.
• Physical stamina for bending, lifting, and standing for long periods.
• Commitment to excellent resident service and communication.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintenance procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry issues.
• Make-ready vacant apartments, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
• Keep residents informed of progress and estimated completion times.
• Maintain community appearance and clean common spaces and amenities.
• Conduct routine property inspections for safety concerns.
• Organize and inventory maintenance tools and supplies.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotations.
