Job summary

Fendi is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed sales goals. You will leverage product knowledge and store procedures to create a superior client experience, while supporting the brand's commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities include achieving critical metrics, maintaining client books, handling special requests, and contributing to team meetings. A luxury retail background and flexible availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury retail (preferred)
• Excellent communication, verbal and written
• Able to use POS system and inventory management
• RTW experience preferred
• Foreign language skills are a plus
• Collaborative team environment
• Able to lift up to 10 lbs
• High school diploma required
• Strong digital literacy
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals
• Maintain client books and follow up with clients
• Handle repairs, special orders and returns
• Follow store policies and procedures
• Assist with stock/restocking
• Use POS system and update customer database
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code
• Participate in team meetings and training
• Support loss prevention and health & safety guidelines
