Job summary

FENDI is seeking a Client Advisor in New York to deliver exceptional customer service and surpass sales goals. You will leverage product knowledge and CRM practices to craft an outstanding client experience and support brand excellence.

You will build lasting client relationships, process transactions with POS systems, and participate in stock maintenance while adhering to store policies and visual standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Strong drive for results; goal oriented.
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
• Ability to use POS system and its inventory management functions.
• RTW experience preferred; foreign language skills are a plus.
• Flexible availability; some nights, weekends and holidays.
• Organizational and strong digital literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all Client Advisor metrics and CRM requirements.
• Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
• Follow all store guidelines and policies.
• Build and maintain client books; follow up with clients to build relationships and drive business.
• Assist with special requests (repairs, special orders, returns, etc.).
• Maintain POS accuracy and update customer records as needed.
• Participate in stocking/restocking; assist in visual standards and store upkeep.
• Open/close responsibilities as needed and attend team meetings.
