Job summary

Fendi in Atlanta is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver outstanding service and consistently exceed sales goals. You will leverage product knowledge and brand standards to craft exceptional client experiences and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities include managing client books, handling special requests, using the POS system, and contributing to store upkeep and team meetings. A minimum of two years in luxury retail and flexible availability are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ luxury retail experience.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Able to lift boxes up to 10 lbs.
• Flexible availability including some nights, weekends and holidays.
• RTW experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all Client Advisor metrics and CRM requirements.
• Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
• Follow all store guidelines and maintain client books.
• Assist with repairs, special orders, returns and other requests.
• Maintain accurate use of the POS system and update customer database.
• Participate in stocking/restocking and store maintenance.
