Job summary

Fendi in Costa Mesa is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, exceed sales goals, and craft an exceptional client experience through product knowledge and brand excellence.

In this role you will build and maintain client books, handle special requests, operate the POS and inventory tools, stay informed on product history, and participate in training and team meetings while upholding the Fendi dress code and store standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail.
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
• Strong drive for results and goal orientation.
• Ability to use POS system and inventory management functions.
• RTW experience is a plus.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Client Advisor metrics and CRM requirements.
• Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
• Follow all store guidelines.
• Build and maintain client books; follow-up with clients.
