• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to use POS system and manage inventory functions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve client Advisor metrics and CRM requirements.
• Meet or exceed store and sales goals.
• Build and maintain client books and relationships.
• Assist with repairs, special orders, returns, and requests.
• Maintain store appearance and visual standards with guidance.
• Participate in training and monthly team meetings.
