Fendi is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver outstanding service and surpass sales goals. You will leverage product knowledge and CRM tools to create an exceptional client experience and support brand excellence.

The role requires strong communication, collaborative teamwork, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a commission structure on top of hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ luxury retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all Client Advisor metrics and CRM requirements.
• Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
• Follow all store guidelines.
• Build and maintain client books; respond to client inquiries and drive relationships.
• Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, returns.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures.
• Stocking/restocking duties; maintain visual standards as directed.
• Proficient use of POS system and update customer data.
• Acquire product knowledge and company history.
• Stay current with company news and competition.
• Maintain professional appearance per dress code.
• Contribute to team meetings and training of new Advisors.
• Adhere to loss prevention and health & safety guidelines.
