Job summary

FENDI Client Advisor in San Diego is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and surpassing sales goals. You will leverage product knowledge and operational savvy to create an exceptional client experience while embodying the brand's commitment to excellence.

Key duties include building client books, handling inquiries, processing repairs or special orders, maintaining store standards, and using the POS system accurately. A minimum of two years in luxury retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Strong drive for results; goal oriented.
• Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking.
• Ability to use POS system and its inventory functions.
• RTW experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all Client Advisor metrics and CRM requirements.
• Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
• Follow all store guidelines and policies.
• Build and maintain client books; maintain customer correspondence.
• Assist with special requests (repairs, special orders, returns).
• Maintain visual standards and participate in store maintenance.
• Operate POS system accurately and update customer database.
• Open/close duties as needed including morning team meetings.
• Support training of new Client Advisors and participate in monthly meetings.
