Fendi is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales performance. You will use product knowledge and CRM skills to create exceptional client experiences and reinforce the brand’s commitment to excellence.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in luxury retail, strong communication, and proficiency with POS systems. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays and a neat, professional appearance in line with Fendi standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years’ luxury retail experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to use POS system and inventory functions.
• Strong results orientation.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve Client Advisor metrics and CRM requirements.
• Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
• Follow all store guidelines.
• Build and maintain client books; follow up with clients’ concerns and inquiries.
• Assist with repairs, special orders, returns, etc.
