Job summary

Fendi is seeking a Client Advisor in New York to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales goals. You will use product knowledge and operational savvy to craft a premium client experience and support the brand’s commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities include meeting metrics, maintaining client books, handling special requests, and upholding store procedures. The role requires at least 2 years in luxury retail, strong communication, and flexibility for shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Strong drive for results; goal oriented.
• Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
• Ability to use POS system and inventory management functions.
• RTW experience preferred.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
• Flexible availability, some nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
• Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
• Follow all store guidelines.
• Build and maintain client books; follow-through with clients’ concerns; maintain customer correspondence.
• Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, returns, etc.
• Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
• Participate in stocking/restocking of the store.
• Proficient and accurate use of POS system and other software; update customer database.
• Acquire product knowledge, company information and history.
• Keep up to date with company news and be familiar with the competition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow FENDI dress code, grooming, and uniform standards.
• Perform regular store maintenance; may open/close the store.
