Job summary

FENDI is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, exceed sales goals, and create an exceptional client experience through product knowledge and brand excellence.

You will build and maintain client books, assist with special requests, manage store operations, and uphold dress code and visual standards while collaborating with the team. A minimum HS diploma and 2 years in luxury retail are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years luxury retail experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to use POS system and inventory management functions
• Flexible availability including some nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Achieve client advisor metrics and CRM requirements.
• Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
• Follow all store guidelines.
• Build and maintain client books; respond to client inquiries and maintain correspondence.
• Assist with special requests (repairs, special orders, returns).
• Adhere to store policies and procedures.
• Participate in stocking/restocking of the store.
• Proficient use of POS and updating customer database.
• Acquire product knowledge and company history.
• Maintain professional appearance and dress code.
• Perform regular store maintenance as needed.
• Open/close the store as needed; participate in morning meetings.
• Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from VM and management.
• Maintain open communication with store management and peers.
• Be a positive brand representative.
• Participate in training of new Client Advisors.
• Prepare for monthly team meetings.
• Adhere to loss prevention standards.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
