Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury retail or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
• Build and maintain client books and correspond with clients.
• Assist with special requests (repairs, returns, etc.).
• Proficient use of POS system and inventory management functions.
• Maintain store standards and participate in stock/restocking.
