Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a proactive professional to support Sales Associates and manage daily boutique operations in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will assist with client interactions, reception duties, and orderly store maintenance to uphold an exceptional service standard.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least two years in luxury retail, demonstrate strong organization, multitasking abilities, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills is essential.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial for a diverse clientele.
• Proactive and adaptable individual who can thrive in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience by supporting Sales Associates.
• Handle daily boutique maintenance and operations, including reception duties.
• Assist in morning jewelry setup and evening jewelry pulling, and manage backstock.
• Backfill POS stations and desks to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain strong partnership with Management and Boutique Administrators.
