Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a boutique support associate in the USA to assist Sales Associates and maintain daily operations of the boutique. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities include replenishing supplies, greeting clients, and supporting reception while maintaining brand standards and participating in service ceremonies as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences by supporting Sales Associates.
• Assist with daily boutique maintenance and operations; support Reception.
• Participate in opening/closing procedures and setup/breakdown of the boutique.
• Backfill POS stations and desks; maintain merchandise condition.
• Maintain strong partnership with Management and Boutique Administrators.
• Greet clients and assist with Reception duties; uphold service protocols.
• Uphold Van Cleef & Arpels image with professional demeanor and Service Charter.
• Participate in Service Excellence Ceremony activities as required.
