Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in New York seeks a client-focused team member to support Sales Associates, perform daily boutique maintenance, assist reception, and participate in the Service Excellence Ceremony.

You will handle replenishment, help set up/breakdown, manage jewelry setup and backstock, backfill POS, partner with management, greet clients, uphold brand protocols, and contribute to an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Proficiency in computer skills and strong communication abilities.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus and multilingualism is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle the daily replenishment of selling floor supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in opening/closing boutique set up and breakdowns.
• Responsible for morning jewelry setup and evening jewelry pulling, plus backstock maintenance.
• Accurately backfill POS stations and desks.
• Maintain a strong partnership with Management and Boutique Administrators for proper merchandise condition.
• Greet clients and assist with Reception duties.
• Adhere to all Management and Corporate protocols for client experience.
• Uphold Van Cleef & Arpels image with professional demeanor and Service Charter.
