Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in the United States seeks an organized, customer-focused associate to support daily boutique operations and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will assist Sales Associates, manage daily replenishment, and help with reception duties while upholding the Service Charter in a luxury, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in luxury retail, strong multitasking skills, and familiarity with SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least two years in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and verbal abilities to interact with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in open/close setup and breakdowns of the boutique.
• Backfill POS stations and desks and maintain backstock.
• Greet clients and assist with Reception duties.
• Maintain professional demeanor and align with Service Charter.
• Support Sales Associates and daily boutique maintenance and operations.
