Van Cleef & Arpels in the United States is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support Sales Associates and daily boutique operations. You will assist with reception, replenishment of selling floor supplies, and maintenance, ensuring a seamless client experience in a luxury setting.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and a polished presence, aligned with our Service Charter. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, with SAP familiarity benefiting daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience by supporting Sales Associates and boutique operations.
• Assist with reception duties and daily boutique maintenance.
• Backfill POS stations and backstock to ensure smooth operations.
• Greet clients and uphold the Van Cleef & Arpels Service Charter.
