Van Cleef & Arpels in the USA seeks a client-focused luxury boutique professional to support daily operations and ensure an exceptional client experience. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will assist Sales Associates, maintain the boutique, and help with reception duties to keep standards high.

The role emphasizes multitasking, strong communication, and a proactive, adaptable approach in a dynamic retail environment while delivering outstanding service to a diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; excellent verbal abilities and communication.
• Proficiency with computers; SAP knowledge a plus.
• Multilingual ability beneficial for diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience by supporting Sales Associates.
• Perform daily boutique maintenance and operations, including reception duties.
• Assist with the Service Excellence Ceremony and maintain a professional appearance.
• Greet clients and uphold the brand's service charter.
