Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in White Plains is seeking an attentive retail associate to support Sales Associates, ensure daily boutique maintenance, and assist with front-desk reception and operations. You will help deliver exceptional client experiences and uphold our Service Charter.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 2+ years in luxury retail, strong multitasking, and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in setup and breakdowns at boutique opening/closing.
• Responsible for proper handling of morning jewelry setup and evening jewelry pulling, plus backstock maintenance.
• Accurately backfill POS stations and desks.
• Maintain a strong partnership with Management and Boutique Administrators to keep merchandise in good condition.
• Greet clients and assist with Reception duties.
• Adhere to all protocols defined by Management and Corporate for client experience.
