Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a client-focused associate for our New York boutique. The role supports Sales Associates, maintains daily boutique operations, and assists with reception and service ceremonies.

You will help ensure a seamless client experience in a fast-paced luxury environment. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with at least two years in luxury retail, strong organizational and communication skills, and computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential.
• Proficiency with computers and good verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial for a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Associates and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Perform daily boutique maintenance and operations tasks.
• Assist Reception and participate in Service Excellence Ceremony events.
• Replenish selling floor supplies and manage backstock.
• Set up and breakdown boutique at opening/closing times.
• Greet clients and support reception duties while upholding brand standards.
