Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 2+ years in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in computers; excellent communication and verbal abilities when interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Fluency in multiple languages beneficial for a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Associates and provide exceptional client experience.
• Handle daily boutique maintenance and operations; assist Reception.
• Participate in the Van Cleef & Arpels Service Excellence Ceremony.
