Job summary

Coach is seeking a Temporary Sales Support Associate to contribute to the store’s success by providing warm, professional service at the cash wrap, maintaining a well‑stocked floor, and supporting stock transfers and shipments.

You will help with visual merchandising, assist customers with product questions, operate POS accurately, and collaborate with the team to meet busy service needs while upholding the luxury brand’s high standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie‑talkie use, ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in compliance with policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team or management as needed.
