Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to contribute to store performance through warm customer interactions and efficient operations. You will assist on the sales floor, manage the POS at the cash wrap, and help maintain stockrooms and displays with a focus on luxury service standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Familiarity with cash registers and basic computer skills.
• Proficient with POS devices, iPad/Laptop, Internet access.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency (especially for EU roles).

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer data where allowed.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and keep stockroom tidy.
• Manage stock levels and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to loss prevention guidelines.
