The Sales Support Associate role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service at the cash wrap, maintaining a pristine sales floor, and ensuring accurate product flow from receipt to sale.

Team members warmly engage clients, demonstrate product knowledge, and support store operations with attention to detail and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail environments.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace considerations.
• Familiarity with cash register systems, basic computer use (iPad/laptop), walkie talkie, and reading price sheets.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; provide personalized service.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support local market social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately; maintain cash wrap and stockroom organization; handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and collect customer information where allowed.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and apply visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
