Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store success with attentive service from the cash wrap to the sales floor. You will ensure accurate product flow from receipt to sale and maintain a clean, organized environment that reflects our brand standards.

The role requires retail experience, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while delivering exceptional customer service and brand representation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience; luxury retail is a plus.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Experience with cash registers, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop), and using POS.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency (for EU).

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies.
• Maintain stock levels and replenish sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and maintain housekeeping standards.
