Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store success with attentive customer service and precise operations at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience, preferably luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Knowledge of cash registers and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, POS, internet).
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and keep stockroom clean.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and update visual merchandising.
