Coach is a global fashion house founded in New York in 1941 and is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store success through friendly, efficient service at the cash wrap and a well-maintained sales floor.

The role emphasizes accurate processing of receipts, stock flow, and proactive customer engagement, with opportunities to represent the brand in the local market and support merchandising and Loss Prevention policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, POS, Internet).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, and collaborate with team or management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
