Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to assist customers, manage the sales floor, and process transactions with accuracy. You will work as a brand ambassador, help with merchandising, and support stock flow from receipt to point of sale.

The role requires strong communication, flexibility for schedules including nights and weekends, and comfort with cash handling in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in luxury environments.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Familiarity with cash registers, POS, and basic computer use.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and offer personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-ons and promote gift cards while capturing customer data where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies.
• Maintain stockroom and replenish sales floor; assist with merchandising.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Adhere to housekeeping standards and Loss Prevention guidelines.
