Job summary

You will manage customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions, keep real-time order statuses, and help streamline workflows to meet daily goals while maintaining equipment. This role requires flexibility to work weekends/holidays, strong attention to detail, and solid customer service and time-management

Qualifications
