Job summary

Qualifications

• Administrative support, customer service or dock operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors facility reporting metrics related to service, safety, cost and quality on a daily basis.
• Communicates with BC/AOs regarding day-to-day operations and load plan changes.
• Investigates customer service complaints and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Maintains and updates vehicle maintenance information and DOT compliance for all drivers/equipment.
• Coordinates the dispatch of linehaul transportation equipment and enters dispatch events into the online system.
