Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch of linehaul transportation equipment and enter dispatch events into the system.
• Monitor metrics related to service, safety, cost and quality daily.
• Investigate customer service issues and communicate resolutions to customers.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management when needed.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment records, including insurance and maintenance documents.
• Assist in driver training and in development of corrective action plans.
