• Coordinate load plan changes with independent contractors and ISPs using Vision/VRP systems.
• Investigate customer service complaints and ensure resolution.
• Dispatch linehaul equipment and enter dispatch events accurately.
• Ensure DOT compliance and maintain driver/equipment files.
