Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch of linehaul transportation equipment to minimize costs and ensure service integrity.
• Monitor facility metrics daily; investigate performance issues and coordinate with BC/AOs.
• Communicate with ICs, ISPs and temporary staff about load plan changes and updates.
• Investigate customer service complaints and ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance records and ensure DOT compliance for all assets.
