Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking Tax Local Service Experts to join TurboTax locations across the United States. The role combines tax prep, expert advice, and software support in a collaborative team.

You will engage with clients in person and remotely, helping with personal and business income, planning, and full advisory services beyond filing. You will act as a trusted community ambassador, cultivating local relationships, hosting events, and driving growth with marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location; 8:00–17:00 local time, 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow the client base and brand presence.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Assist customers in-person and via TurboTax video tools, addressing inquiries and tax challenges.
