Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States, delivering expert tax advice and full-service preparation. You will connect clients with a broader team of specialists, ensuring an end-to-end Intuit experience and a trusted financial partner in the community.

Your role emphasizes in-person and virtual client support, ongoing tax planning, and growing the local TurboTax presence through outreach and events with marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software. Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Grow local client base through grass-roots marketing, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
