Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks passionate individuals for on-site TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation and personalized guidance, while building a local client base and collaborating with a network of Intuit specialists.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, support end-to-end tax solutions, and participate in community outreach to grow the TurboTax footprint in your area.

Qualifications

• Must have EA/CPA/Attorney credentials or active PTIN.
• At least 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ federal/state returns).
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
