You will partner with specialists to deliver end-to-end services, build a local client base, and drive loyalty through community engagement.

The role emphasizes on-site tax preparation, client education, and cross-selling Intuit solutions, with a focus on personal and business tax needs and year-round support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid prep for 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Build lasting relationships and ensure clients leave with a clear financial path.
