Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while connecting clients with teammates covering business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning for end-to-end service. Focus is on growing the local client base, building relationships, and delivering a premier customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, with defined hours and on-site presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients, handling personal and business scenarios.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - build local client base through outreach and events.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, planning and other services.
• Build Relationships - develop trust and convert inquiries into long-term clients.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - ensure professional service and positive financial outcomes.
