Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated Local Service Experts to deliver on-site tax preparation and personalized guidance at TurboTax locations.

You will work with a team to advise clients, handle simple to complex tax situations, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to assemble complete financial pictures. You will also drive local growth by meeting prospects, hosting community events, and building relationships that convert clients into long‑term TurboTax

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, primarily 8am–5pm, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Serve as a connector to specialists covering business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and community partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with clear, personalized guidance.
