Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic professionals to join us as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, reliable advice, and software support while engaging with the local community to grow the client base. You will work with a team of financial specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience, helping clients navigate complex tax scenarios and connected services such as bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to build long-term relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to address broader needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and guide clients to achieve financial goals.
