Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building a local client base and engaging with the community.

As a trusted advisor, you will connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, ensuring a complete financial solution. You will work onsite and become the local face of TurboTax with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location for at least 20 hours per week.
• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with complex personal and business tax scenarios and planning.
• Grow local client base and drive long-term relationships with the community.
• Collaborate with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end service.
