Job summary

Intuit is seeking skilled tax professionals to join a TurboTax Local Service Expert team, working onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support to clients while expanding the local customer base and collaborating with advisors across Intuit services.

Responsibilities include end-to-end client engagements, in-person and virtual support, and building lasting relationships within the community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with software

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare taxes for TurboTax clients
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to offer end-to-end solutions
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via virtual tools
