Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax preparation onsite at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will deliver expert tax advice, serve as a trusted advisor, and collaborate with specialists to provide end-to-end service. You will build relationships within the local community, drive client growth, and leverage TurboTax tools for accurate, compliant tax outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location in the U.S., with typical hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, M–F, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and local events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and Credit Karma.
