Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join TurboTax as Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide on-site and virtual tax support, deliver end-to-end tax services, and collaborate with a broader team of specialists to serve each client’s complete financial picture.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory.
• Onsite work availability 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, for a minimum of 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador by growing a local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
