Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, serving both in-person and virtual clients and building trusted relationships in your local community.

You will grow the client base, collaborate with a network of specialists, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios, delivering a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience year-round.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA certification or active license preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams as needed.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in-person and virtually.
