Job summary

Intuit seeks energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while growing the local client base and engaging with the community.

You will connect clients to Intuit’s broader offerings, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, building lasting relationships and ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
