Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States, delivering tax expertise to in-person and virtual clients.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, collaborate with specialists, and actively grow the local client base through community outreach and partnerships, building trusted relationships and promoting Intuit solutions.

Qualifications

• Authorized to file taxes with PTIN and active status preferred.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upscale into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build relationships to convert prospects into long-term clients; ensure end-to-end service.
