Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at one of our TurboTax locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and connect customers with the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping and payroll services, to deliver end-to-end support.

You’ll build relationships in your local community, grow a client base, and collaborate with a team of tax professionals to ensure a seamless, personalized experience for each client

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional tax software.
• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week minimum, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local client base with grassroots marketing and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help clients plan for future tax needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
