Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation and expert advice for in-person and virtual clients, helping them navigate complex situations and maximize refunds.

You will grow the local client base, connect customers with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services, and deliver a best-in-class experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Must work onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week; training may be required.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in marketing materials.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; experience in holistic advisory is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income and deductions.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing support.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem for bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver exceptional service, turning conversations into long-term relationships with clients.
• Ensure a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
