Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will actively grow TurboTax’s local client base, build relationships, and drive loyalty through in-person and virtual client interactions, using Intuit tools and marketing

Qualifications

EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
Grow local client base through outreach, networking, and partnerships.
Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
Deliver an exceptional local customer experience in person and virtually.
